Traditional food prep and conventional exercise takes too much time. That was manageable back in the 80's and before, but not anymore. Today's fast-paced society and challenging economy requires us to be smarter about health and fitness. We have to be more efficient and effective, so we still have the time necessary for all the things we need to get done.
Beege and Peege have figured this out and are here to share with you what they have learned over the years. Beege went from hating and fearing the kitchen, to innovating and developing scores of delicious, quick and easy recipes. Peege went from spending hours in the gym every week (back in college, when he had the time), to less than one hour PER WEEK, due to the unique methodology he invented.
