Have you ever dreamt about being superhuman? Well, you might not ever leap tall buildings or master invisibility, but you can feel like a superhuman and live your best life if you do these 21 things below.
And it’s really not that hard. You will be replacing some crappy habits in your life with some of these, but that’s all part of it anyway. 😉
- Pray often.
- Be thankful.
- Do and think of things that bring you joy.
- Seek out good things, good news, and good people.
- Avoid mainstream news like the plague it is.
- Get 7-8 hours of quality sleep.
- Avoid evil (things that feel dark – you know what and who they are).
- Cut back on alcohol.
- Zero drug use (unless they are necessary prescriptions, and then ask your doctor how to get off them).
- Establish a meaningful purpose/mission and work toward it every day.
- Take responsibility for where you are and stop blaming circumstances, external things, or other people.
- Eat zero sugar, zero vegetable oils, more protein, more water, and go organic.
- Perform high-intensity exercise 2X/week.
- Do something active and fun 2+X/week.
- Rest and relax 1 day per week.
- Read real books with paper pages.
- Work on improving your 3-5 closest relationships every week.
- Shrink your eating window to 8-10 hours per day.
- No screens at least 1 hour before bed.
- Supplement with Vit D3 and K2 (unless you get 20+ min. of sun every day).
- Manage stress.
Boom – there you go. Do these things and, compared to how you feel now, and how 99.9% of other people feel, you will feel like a superhuman.
