Here are the 30 dirtiest non-organic foods due to the fact they are commonly GMO grown, and/or have high concentrations of pesticides, and/or fertilizers.
They are fine to eat though, if they are organic, as long as you aren’t following a particular diet (i.e. if you are keto or strict paleo, you wouldn’t be eating grains).
These foods are listed in order from “more bad” to “less bad,” but this order changes as farming and GMO practices change.
They are all bad though, so just stay clear if you want to achieve optimal health!
Are they OK every once in a while, in small quantities? Sure. Nobody needs to be a militant-fanatic health nut. That’s not very fun. And those people don’t tend to have many friends either because others feel judged when they are around them. Heck, when we eat out, we are probably consuming some of these foods but those times are fairly few and far between because we are eating at home most of the time, cooking real food that we bought organic at the store, so our intake is so minimal that it won’t interfere with our goal of optimal health.

Bonus suggestion: Coffee. While coffee isn’t a food, per se, it is important to find organic because it’s really hard to grow, so pesticides and fertilizers are commonly used.
